This year, the FX Barcelona Film School has the pleasure of participating in the exciting “Poblenou Open Day”, an event that will transform our beloved neighborhood into a vibrant party and much more. From morning to night, we invite you to enjoy a day full of cultural activities and entertainment for all ages, completely free and open to everyone. Come share with friends and family and discover the emerging talent of our students!
Day Agenda
From 11:00 to 12:30 – Creative Workshops for All Ages
- Concept Art Workshop: Learn to draw your favorite character based on a keyword. Available for children (6-12 years) and youth (12-17 years).
- On-Camera Acting Workshop: Discover the secrets of film acting. Sessions for children and young people.
- 2D Animation Workshop: Explore how your favorite cartoons are created in this introductory workshop.
From 11:00 to 17:00 – Exhibitions and Continuous Entertainment
- Conceptual Art Exhibition: Discover the works of our students and the creative process behind each audiovisual project.
- Video Game Zone: Immerse yourself in the gamer world with video games created by FX students.
- Flea Market and Stands: Explore a variety of products from second-hand clothing to artisanal jewelry and conceptual art prints.
From 11:00 to 12:30 – Short Film Screening
- Enjoy an exclusive selection of short films by students that are making noise at international festivals.
From 12:30 to 14:30 – Barbecue and Live Music
- Relax and enjoy good food accompanied by the music of Slim Jim & The Redeemers, who will offer us the best of country and rockabilly.
From 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. – More Music and Barbecue
- Keep up with our DJ set while you enjoy our barbecue and candy stands.
From 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. – Concert: Rock & Roll Brothers
- Get ready to rock with Rock & Roll Brothers, a band that brings the best of classic and modern rock.
From 7:30 p.m. – Cinema and Cocktails
- End the day in style with cocktails from SLOW and a DJ set with Sören Manzoni.
